Please Help Us
SPONSOR A CHILD
Sponsoring a child provides the opportunity of an education, something we in the Developed World take for granted. £10 a month will provide an education & the opportunity for a better future.
Initially you will receive a Sponsors’ Pack with details & a photograph of your sponsored child and then each year we will update you with the work of Lisa Kent Trust & your sponsored child’s school report.
And if you fancy something different we encourage sponsors to join us in The Gambia on our Voluntourism holidays, where you will have the opportunity to meet the child you are supporting & their family.

Lunch Fund
For sometime Lisa Kent Trust have been concerned about the number of children coming to school without having eaten. This can have a big impact on their concentration and learning ability.
We do have licensed vendors who sell healthy snacks at breaktimes, but many of these children do not have the few dalasis (pennies) to purchase food.
Thanks to our ongoing campaign we are able to provide a number of children with a substantial meal at breaktime. This is dealt with in a discreet manner, therefore not subjecting the children to any discrimination.
If you are able to contribute to our lunch fund, please make a donation.
